Faced with this exponential growth, one of tomorrow's greatest challenges is to ensure sufficient, sustainable, high-quality food for all.
To meet these major challenges, it is essential to adopt innovative solutions that enable us to produce more food while optimizing our natural resources and reducing our ecological footprint. With this in mind, CRIBIQ is launching its 137th special call for projects on Food Innovations for a Sustainable Future, supported by the Ministère de l'Économie, de l'Innovation et de l'Énergie du Québec (MEIE).
The priority research themes are varied and ambitious, covering fields at the cutting edge of innovation. They include :
